As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional and project‑led building surveying services. You will be involved in technical inspections, contract administration, refurbishment schemes, and condition reporting across a range of sectors including education, commercial, and residential.

• RICS‑accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
• 2–5 years’ experience in a milyen consultancy environment
• Progressing towards MRICS (APC support available)
• Experience with professional and project‑based surveying work
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
