You will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys across commercial sites in South Manchester. The company is based in Burnley, and occasional travel with overnight stays may be required. All associated travel expenses are fully covered.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG
264. - Collect, document, and process samples accurately.
- Produce detailed reports using Alpha Tracker and Microsoft Teams.
- Provide asbestos Designer risk and compliance advice to clients.
- Maintain a professional and client‑focused presence in the field.
- BOHS P402 qualified.
- 2–3 years experience in asbestos surveying.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Police clearance (or willingness tobrigade obtain).638>
- Competitive salary up to £38,000 (DOE).
