Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager, EHS / HSE Manager, Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Jersey. This is a full‑time, permanent, site‑based role within a fast‑paced environment. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a live project on the island.
Responsibilities- Planning and managing the project from initiation through to completion.
- Managing all labour and subcontractors on site.
- Reviewing and monitoring project progress to ensure programmes and milestones are achieved.
- Attending and leading site meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and best practice.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Completing all required site documentation on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensuring quality control measures are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing and updating the QA process and Golden Thread documentation where applicable.
- SMSTS qualification.
- 3‑Day First Aid at Work certification.
- CSCS Gold ormụ Black Card.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management.
- Experience working for a main contractor.
- Proven background in steel and cladding projects.
- Knowledge of BSR, PCSA, and Golden Thread processes.
- Demonstrable experience delivering เย construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Sound knowledge of quality, health, and safety standards.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using construction and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
- A collaborative team player with the confidence to lead on site.
