With a growing presence in Manchester, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across a strong pipeline of leisure, refurbishment, and commercial projects. Schemes range from complex refurbishments through to large-scale commercial developments, offering real variety and technical challenge.

Responsibilities will include:
Leading cost management services across multiple projects
Preparing cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement strategies
Managing post-contract commercial activities, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
Providing clear, commercially sound advice to clients and stakeholders
Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative office culture
About You
Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
Background in leisure, refurbishment, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Comfortable leading projects and engaging directly with clients
MRICS qualified or working toward chartership
Commercially astute, detail-focused, and confident in your delivery
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Join a consultancy that prioritises quality, reputation, and sustainable growth
Work in a business where projects are well-resourced and professionally delivered
Strong leadership, clear direction, and genuine investment in people
Excellent career progression within a growing Manchester team
Competitive salary and benefits, with flexibility and trust built into the culture
