A leading residential investment company is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for their CAPEX refurbishment project across the Northwest. This hybrid role involves overseeing residential leasehold portfolios from home with flexible site visits. Key qualifications include MRICS and a BSc in Building Surveying, along with experience in managing refurbishment projects valued up to £3 million. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with JCT contracts are essential.

This position offers a salary between £60,000 and £70,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
