Senior Quantity Surveyor Manchester Salary up to £70,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy in Manchester. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a varied portfolio of projects while taking ownership of client relationships and delivering high quality cost management services.

Responsibilities include
• Providing full pre and post contract quantity surveying services
• Leading cost planning, estimating and budget management
• Managing procurement strategies and tender processes
• Overseeing contract administration and change management
• Advising clients on commercial risks and value opportunities
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

The ideal candidate will have
• Strong experience in a consultancy environment
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive approach and confidence in delivering commercial advice
• Professional qualifications or working toward chartership
