My client is a large regional main contractor who is expanding rapidly in the North West. They have become very well placed in the market delivering large multi-million pound schemes across the region.

Due to winning a number of large projects they are looking for a Pre Construction Project Manager. The Pre Construction Project Manager's they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven pre construction project experience.

As a business they can offer a variety of types of projects, with projects won in Industrial, hotels and commercial office conversions.

• Involved within pre‑construction stages, assisting with the projects programming and planning in stage two design through to site stages.
• Work with external clients, coordinate building regulations and access risks attached to land purchases.
• Pull together what aspects need to be in place prior to site commencement.

• Strong build background with proven pre construction project experience.
• Proven project delivery experience, specifically within the pre‑construction of a project.
• Excellent IT skills.
