Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor who would be interested in joining a large tier 1 building contractor working on a £90m student accommodation project?

Due to a brand new contractor award, there is an exciting opportunity to join a leading tier 1 contractor to work on a high specification development.

Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the full commercial management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.

With secured pipeline projects for the next 10 years, the company can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of Manchester largest & most prestigious developments.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 7-8 years post grad experience.
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Background within a main contractor or developer environment
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
