Join a leading regional contractor with a strong reputation in the northwest construction market. My client is a large regional main contractor who is expanding rapidly in the North West. They have become very well placed in the market delivering large multi‑million‑pound schemes across the region.

Due to winning a number of large projects, they are looking for a Pre Construction Project Manager. The candidate should have a stable work history and a strong build background with proven pre‑construction project experience.

As a business they can offer a variety of project types, including Industrial, hotels and commercial office conversions.

The Pre Construction Project Manager will be involved in pre‑construction stages, assisting with project programming and planning from stage two design through to site stages.

You will also work with external clients, coordinate building regulations and assess risks attached to land purchases. As a seasoned Pre‑Construction Project Manager you should have proven project delivery experience, specifically in pre‑construction.

Excellent IT skills are required to pull together all aspects that need to be in place prior to site commencement.
