We are recruiting a Level 3 Senior Nursery Practitioner for a high-quality Early Years setting in the Worsley (M28) area.

This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner ready to take on added responsibility while remaining hands-on within the room.

Key Responsibilities

* Support room leadership and daily operations

* Act as a role model for junior staff

* Deliver outstanding EYFS practice

* Support key children and mentor colleagues

* Ensure safeguarding and quality standards are upheld

Requirements

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

* Experience with in a UK based nursery or early years setting

* Strong EYFS knowledge

* Confident, professional, and nurturing approach
