Job Title: Dual Registered Manager (Ofsted)

Location: Swinton & Walkden

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per year

Working Hours: Full-time

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Children & Young People aged 5–18 with EBD

Qualifications

Required:

Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards

Experience in Years

Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting with 2 years in management

An experienced, motivated, and compassionate individual with a strong track record in managing Ofsted-regulated children's homes. You must hold a relevant Level 5 qualification and be confident in leading a team, developing a homely and supportive environment, and ensuring the highest standards of care for vulnerable young people.
