Senior Business Travel Consultant

Due to continued growth my client are seeking Amadeus experienced Senior Business Travel Consultants to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage complex itineraries, delivering outstanding service, supporting clients worldwide with their travel needs with expertise and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end business travel bookings, including air, hotel, car rental, rail, and ancillary services.

* Provide expert advice on travel options, fares, and destinations, ensuring optimal solutions for client needs.

* Use Amadeus GDS to create, amend, and ticket reservations accurately and efficiently.

* Handle complex itineraries, VIP client travel, and multi-leg international trips with professionalism.

* Adhere to travel policy compliance.

* Support travellers with changes, reissues, refunds, and troubleshooting as needed.

* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.

* Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.

* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client experience.

Experience required:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Travel Consultant.

* Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is essential.

* Strong knowledge of international fare construction, ticketing, and reissue processes.

* Experience with corporate travel accounts and understanding of travel policy management.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Flexibility to adapt to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
