This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s premier Sales/Engineering Recruitment companies. The role is 100% Business Development; you will be responsible for discovering and signing up new clients. There is a coach/mentor, a sector specialist, to help you be as successful as possible. You would not need Recruitment experience, however you must have business‑to‑business sales experience (selling at Director level) into one of the following sectors:

• Technology
• Construction
• Manufacturing

• Experience of consultative, business‑to‑business sales (at Director level) within one of the relevant sectors.
• Experience covering the entirety of the sales cycle, from appointment generation to signing the contract.
• Target‑driven, ambitious professional who wants to excel.
• Appetite to learn and desire for professional self‑development.
• Good analytical skills and ability to retain information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Belief in solution‑led sales.
• Resilience and strong work ethic.
