Operations Workflow Analyst

Manchester | Hybrid | £30,000+ DOE

Time Recruitment is partnering with a respected, long-established legal services organisation to recruit an Operations Workflow Analyst
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about streamlining systems and ensuring nothing is overlooked.

You will join a forward-thinking team utilising AI, automation, and CRM workflows to deliver a seamless operational experience. Your primary objective will be to maintain tight processes, ensure data accuracy, and keep cases progressing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, manage, and resolve every case accurately
  • Identify and promptly rectify stuck or misclassified cases
  • Analyse recurring issues to address root causes effectively
  • Ensure teams adhere to correct processes and utilise tools appropriately
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance automation, workflows, and user experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and elevate systemic issues at an early stage

Person Specification Essential
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and workflow management

  • Clear communication skills with non-technical teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Desirable
  • Background in sales operations or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, APIs, workflows)
  • Exposure to AI-assisted processes or call flows
  • Experience in a high-volume lead environment
