• Conduct comprehensive and complex Fire Risk Assessments
• Deliver high-risk building assessments including defect identification and remediation
• Manage junior consultants
• Provide advice to clients and attend site meetings

• 5 years plus in fire safety consultancy
• Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and building regulations
• NEBOSH or IOSH
• IFE or IFSM
