About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is flexible by design and can be shaped around your strengths.

Whether you are a full 360 consultant, a 180 sales-focused consultant, or prefer a pure business development role, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, backed by strong leadership, delivery support, and a commission structure that genuinely rewards performance.

What You’ll Be Doing (Role-Dependent)

Depending on your experience and preference, your responsibilities may include:

360 Consultant

* Winning new client business

* Managing and developing client relationships

* Full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement

* Building a strong candidate network within your sector

180 / Sales-Focused Consultant

* New business development and account growth

* Client meetings, proposals, and commercial negotiation

* Working alongside delivery consultants to fulfil roles

* Building long-term, repeat client relationships

Business Development Manager (Sales Only)

* Pure new business generation

* Opening doors with new clients and sectors

* Driving revenue growth and strategic accounts

* No delivery responsibilities unless you want them

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in recruitment (any sector considered)

* Strong billing or sales track record

* Confidence in winning new business and managing clients

* Commercial mindset and self-motivation

* Ability to work independently without micromanagement
