PL Account Manager

Overview

Position: 3PL Account Manager - Manchester

Location:

Manchester, M22 area

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Dividend Incentives

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00

• Be the main point of contact for a set portfolio of 3PL client accounts
• Manage stock control, daily order fulfilment, and client operations
• Ensure SOPs and service expectations are met consistently
• Support commercial performance through upselling and client development
• Prepare accurate billing and monitor account activity
• Lead client onboarding with operations support
• Conduct regular client reviews and relationship building
• Highlight process improvements and collaborate on solutions
