Built on strong values, exceptional delivery, and a belief in doing things properly, this business is scaling fast and now looking for a phone-based Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a role for someone who wants more than just commission - it's about building long-term relationships, representing a brand you can genuinely be proud of, and progressing as the company grows.
The RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Generate new business opportunities via outbound phone-based prospecting
- Book high-quality meetings and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
- Represent a premium digital marketing proposition with confidence and credibility
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
This is not a script-driven, high-pressure call centre environment. You'll be trusted, supported, and developed.
The Package- Basic salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- Year 1 OTE: £65,000
- Year 2 OTE: £85,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
- Hybrid working (South Manchester office)
- Strong progression into Senior BDM / Team Lead / Sales Leadership roles
- Ongoing training, coaching, and development

About YouWe're open on background. You might have:
- B2B sales / BDM / SDR / Account Manager experience
- Phone-based or consultative sales experience
- A strong work ethic and commercial mindset
- Confidence speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
Digital marketing sales experience is a bonus — not essential.
What matters most is attitude, professionalism, and ambition.
