Strategic Product Lead – American Expansion

up to £80,000

Manchester Area - flexible office working (at least once per month + quarterly planning days)

Occasional travel to the U.S. (approx. twice per year)

We’re partnered with a leading software company that builds digital platforms powering pensions and employee benefits across the UK. Now targeting North America as their top growth market, they’re looking for a Strategic Product Lead to own the expansion from a product perspective – shaping the roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring the needs of US customers are at the heart of everything they do.

This is a high-impact role with cross-product and cross-functional influence, giving you the opportunity to directly shape international growth and establish the company’s presence in a new market.

• 🛠️ Ownership of North American product strategy and roadmap
• 🌍 Growth-focused – pivotal to scaling into the US market
• 🤝 Cross-functional influence – work with multiple product owners and executive stakeholders
• 📈 Customer-facing – engage directly with US clients, RFPs, and demos

• Proven experience in strategic product leadership
• Comfortable influencing executive stakeholders and collaborating across teams
• Confident presenter, able to handle customer interactions and demos
• Bonus: line management experience, regulated industry knowledge, market expansion
