The Indirect Procurement team at THG partners with business leaders to unlock value, drive innovation, and enable commercial excellence across our supply ecosystem. As Procurement Category Lead - Indirect, you will own and transform our complete indirect agenda spanning marketing, technology, and central business services.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you ll drive strategic value through sophisticated category management, strategic supplier partnerships, and procurement innovation across our global operations. You ll be the catalyst for change, challenging the status quo and building procurement capabilities that position THG for continued success in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

This role reports into the THG Procurement Director. Scope of the role covers full group.

This position is ideal for an individual with solid experience in category management and procurement across diverse sectors. While expertise in every category is not required, the candidate should be confident in applying procurement principles across various technology sub-categories. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders, ensuring THG invests in the most appropriate products and services.

• Develop and execute the indirect procurement strategy aligned with THG s business objectives and growth ambitions
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and other business functions
• Build and present compelling business cases for procurement initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes, tools and capabilities
• Own and manage Marketing procurement, including advertising, agencies, media, events and brand partnerships
• Lead technology procurement encompassing software, cloud services, IT services and digital solutions
• Oversee central services procurement including professional services, facilities, HR and corporate
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relations, leading high value, complex negotiations
• Drive measurable value through cost optimization, value creation and strategic sourcing
• Establish robust performance measurement and benefits tracking, delivering reporting to leadership on ROI

• Senior indirect procurement leadership experience with deep expertise across Marketing, Tech and/or central services
• Proven track record delivering significant value and leading complex negotiations in fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinker with exceptional execution capability through stakeholder influencing
• Strong commercial acumen combined with knowledge of procurement best practices and methodologies
• Demonstrated success building and leading high performing teams
• Strong communicator with ability to challenge constructively and build trusted partnerships
• Results-driven and entrepreneurial with resilience to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environment
