An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Manager to join Sanderson Solutions group, to act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for a key client account.

This is a customer facing role where you’ll shape strategic recruitment outcomes, strengthen partnerships, and ensure world class service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure SLA compliance and enhance service performance through close collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Track vacancy activity, client feedback, and service benefits to maintain strong client retention.
  • Build stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue using insights and strategic conversations.
  • Maintain and execute Account Development Plans, lead workforce planning, and forecast pipelines.
  • Collaborate internally to share insights and deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Champion process simplification and operational excellence through accurate MI reporting, RAID logs, and strategic updates.

What we are looking for

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset with solid experience in data analysis and MI reporting, turning insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Track record of working to KPIs within an MSP or recruitment environment, consistently delivering results.
  • Background in account or client management within contract recruitment, demonstrating commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations, with the ability to influence and push back when needed to achieve the best outcomes.
