The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients. Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development). Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets. Managing your candidate database. Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism. The Requirements:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferred, not essential) A recent graduate with strong communication skills Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment A natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to work Strong track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part-time work etc) Virtus Talent are here to guide you through the interview process, make sure you are fully prepared for interviews and coach you on how to get your transferable skills and traits across in the interview.
