About the role
As a Business Analyst, you'll work across a range of projects and improvement initiatives, partnering with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. You'll use insight, data and stakeholder engagement to understand how things work today and help design how they could work better tomorrow.
What you'll be doing- Analysing current ("as is") and future ("to be") processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and consistency
- Working with stakeholders to capture, prioritise and document business requirements
- Facilitating workshops and conversations that bring people together and build shared understanding
- Supporting transformation and digital projects by shaping solutions, acceptance criteria and test approaches
- Contributing to the selection and implementation of digital tools that meet business needs
- Championing continuous improvement and good business analysis practice across the organisation
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within Digital, ICT or change environments
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including facilitating workshops and challenging constructively
- Experience mapping and improving complex processes
- An understanding of project and programme delivery, including Agile ways of working
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A professional qualification (or working towards one), such as BCS, or equivalent experience
