Position: Planner / Scheduler

Your new role As a Planner / Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works across a busy housing portfolio.

Your day will involve:
Scheduling operatives and subcontractors Managing diaries and allocating jobs efficiently Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments Monitoring progress and ensuring repairs are completed within target times Updating systems and maintaining accurate records Supporting the wider repairs team to deliver an excellent customer experience This is a fast-paced role where your organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.
