Role Description

This is a full-time role located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Contacts Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the contract market, fostering relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, and main contractors. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires meeting sales targets, attending industry events, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends to promote Sie Matic kitchens effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the property and construction sector.
  • Strong networking abilities and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the kitchen design industry and an understanding of high-end design trends.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Flexibility for travel within the UK for client meetings and site visits.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary/Benefits
  • A great starting salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
