Analysis:
Lead the product team in defining problems, forming return on investment, and agreeing on success metrics. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, elicit and elaborate requirements, facilitating the negotiation between stakeholders and delivery team. Break larger problems into suitably small chunks so they can be addressed through a series of development.

Delivery:
Collaborate with and support the delivery team, contributing to the definition and delivery of the product to a high standard, within agreed timescales and within budget. Mentor junior business analysts to advance and develop their skills.
