The RoleWe’re looking for a Global Strategic Accounts Manager to own and scale Ryft’s enterprise partnership ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for activating strategic partners, increasing high-quality referrals, and driving meaningful revenue through partner channels. This role suits someone who thrives in relationship-led growth, understands complex partner organisations, and can turn partnerships into predictable commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow relationships with global acquiring and referral partners
- Act as Ryft’s primary commercial point of contact within partner organisations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across sales, partnerships, and leadership teams
- Design and execute partner growth strategies focused on awareness, enablement, and referrals
- Run partner enablement sessions including training, workshops, and sales support
- Drive internal advocacy within partner organisations to unlock new referral sources
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and co-branded content
- Qualify incoming referrals and hand over sales‑ready opportunities to the sales team
- Attend relevant industry events to strengthen relationships and identify new partnership opportunities
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and internal reporting
- Experience managing strategic partnerships in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue through partners
- Confidence working with complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
- Comfortable running executive-level conversations and business reviews
- Structured, organised, and data-driven in how you manage pipeline and forecasts
- Willingness to travel and represent Ryft in partner and industry environments
- High-impact role with clear ownership and visibility
