Role Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to drive opportunities and revenue pipeline within the existing client base by owning and optimising all customer communications, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-driven engagement. The role ensures a joined-up, high-quality customer experience across landlords, applicants, and clients, while maximising retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Lifecycle Management
- Own all email and automated communications from the CRM (Hub Spot).
- Build, manage, and optimise workflows, nurture journeys, and lifecycle stages across the business.
- Ensure data quality, segmentation, and targeting to support effective communications and pipeline growth.
Pipeline & Opportunity Growth
- Drive engagement, upsell, cross-sell, and retention within the existing client base.
- Design and execute programmes that convert engagement into measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Work closely with Sales, Lettings, and Property Management teams to align messaging and timing.
Customer Experience & Journey Ownership
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end customer journey for landlords and applicants.
- Ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality communications at every touchpoint.
- Continually review and improve the customer experience using performance data and feedback.
Campaigns & Launches
- Plan, manage, and execute client campaigns
, including development launches and investment opportunities. - Own campaign performance tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
- Coordinate messaging across email, portal, and supporting channels.
Platforms & Performance
- Drive adoption, engagement, and performance of the Customer Portal and investment-related communications.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, reporting on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Use insights to continuously refine communications and programmes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with CRM systems
, ideally Hub Spot (or similar). - Proven ability to manage automated journeys, email marketing, and lifecycle communications
. - Commercial mindset with experience driving pipeline, retention, or upsell from existing customers.
- Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable owning end-to-end processes.
- Experience in property, investment, or customer-centric service businesses (desirable, not essential).
