* The Role:

** We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to work with operations across this global business and support with enterprise projects ranging from new feature and improvement launches to large-scale programmes.

This role will allow you to drive process improvement and technology change within the business, have your voice heard and allow your independent ideas to become solutions!

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Gather and define business requirements by working closely with stakeholders across front-office and operational teams.
* Analyse current and future-state processes, running workshops and scoping sessions to shape effective solutions.
* Support the design and delivery of technology and process changes alongside internal and external delivery teams.
* Drive continuous improvement by contributing ideas, maintaining process documentation and supporting successful change adoption.
*
* Your Profile:

*** Prior experience on Salesforce or SAP platforms would be an advantage.
* Worked on projects covering both front/middle to back-office functions.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills – with the flexibility to move between projects and handle multiple deliveries.
* Be an independent thinker who will contribute ideas and challenge stakeholders’ requests
* A user-focused approach to solution design and an analytical approach to problem solving
