• Business partnering with senior non‑financial stakeholders
• Using multiple sources of information and analysis to create compelling summary of findings
• Answering complex business questions and creating hypotheses for senior stakeholders
• Influencing and challenging business decisions to positively impact performance
• Managing multiple stakeholders with competing demands and tight timescales
• Developing and delivering clear, robust value‑add reporting, commercial insights and advice to the Operations team to drive performance improvements and decision making
• Modelling complex problems and business scenarios and providing compelling storytelling across performance reporting
• Influencing and challenging operational partners to improve value for business units
• Travel to be close to business and operational challenges (minimal)

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with prior commercial role
• Experience in FMCG, multisite, distribution, logistics, supply chain or retail sectors
• Evidence of influencing, challenging and directing senior stakeholders to maximise business performance
• Strong analytical, business partnering and influencing skills
• Creative and innovative approach to problem solving and analysis; delivery‑oriented; able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills, able to translate financial information and create successful business relationships
• Ability to take a 'big picture' view while maintaining detail orientation
