The Advocate Group is a UK-based consumer talent specialist, partnering with FMCG and consumer product brands across specialist, mid-senior and leadership appointments. Role

This is a senior, commercial leadership role focused on building relevance, trust and long-term partnerships across the UK consumer product sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the UK client base with a clear focus on winning new logos and building long-term partnerships
  • Engage senior functional leaders across HR, sales, marketing, supply chain and leadership functions
  • Build and execute a structured outreach plan using calls, digital communication, Linked In, events and face-to-face engagement
  • Create and maintain a targeted list of priority consumer brands and senior stakeholders
  • Oversee and evolve the Consumer Talent Forum as part of a wider engagement approach
  • Build strategic partnerships that enhance credibility and commercial opportunity
  • Act as a senior representative of The Advocate Group within the UK consumer market
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to align engagement activity with growth and revenue objectives
About You
  • Proven experience in senior-level client engagement, partnerships or business development within the UK market
  • Comfortable engaging a wide range of functional leaders, not limited to HR
  • Strong track record of winning new logos and developing accounts
  • Experience using events, forums or communities as part of a broader engagement strategy
  • Commercially focused, accountable and credible at senior level
  • Down to earth, clear in communication and confident in execution
