Business Development Graduate

Responsibilities- Support the growth of face-to-face client campaigns through business development and market analysis
- Engage with customers face-to-face, representing clients across diverse sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve campaign effectiveness
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Work closely with senior mentors and managers as part of a tailored training program
- Recent graduates (ideally with a business, marketing, or related background)
- Enthusiastic about business operations and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident communicators who enjoy connecting with people
- Goal-oriented, target-driven and motivated by growth
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an impact early in their career
- Full of fresh ideas and excited to contribute to a growing team
- Exposure to real-world business operations and client management
- A clear progression path from entry-level to leadership roles
