  • Coordinate with our warehouse on stock arrivals, reprocessing, and dispatch requirements.
  • Upload product information to internal systems and partner platforms.
  • Monitor the order book and communicate regular updates to wholesale partners.
  • Prepare shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices.
  • Schedule bookings with external warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Support the Finance team to ensure all deliveries are accurately invoiced and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Place orders for available stock via Shopify.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Experience working to tight deadlines.
  • Ambitious with a drive for professional growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Shopify and Peoplevox (preferred but not essential).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in logistics and wholesale operations within a supportive and evolving company. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.
