Graduate Consultant – Grayce Graduate Development Programme

Starting Salary: £25,000 (range varies by qualifications and experience)

- Availability to work on site five days a week
Grayce invites ambitious graduates to join our fast‑track Graduate Development Programme. You will work full‑time on site with prestigious FTSE 100, 250, and 500 organisations, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of roles while obtaining industry‑recognised qualifications.
Role Types- Business Analyst (BA):
Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. - Project Manager (PM):
Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to deliver on time and within budget, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. - Project Management Office (PMO):
Establish and maintain project management standards, oversee governance, methodology, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management. - Product Manager
:
Orchestrate product development, launch and ongoing success, defining product vision, roadmap and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals.
