Starting Salary: £25,000 (range varies by qualifications and experience)

Grayce invites ambitious graduates to join our fast‑track Graduate Development Programme. You will work full‑time on site with prestigious FTSE 100, 250, and 500 organisations, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of roles while obtaining industry‑recognised qualifications.

• Business Analyst (BA):
  Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Project Manager (PM):
  Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to deliver on time and within budget, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Project Management Office (PMO):
  Establish and maintain project management standards, oversee governance, methodology, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management.
• Product Manager
  :
  Orchestrate product development, launch and ongoing success, defining product vision, roadmap and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals.
