We are looking for an excellent candidate for the French Speaking Placement Analyst position within our Operations and Recoveries team. This role is part of the Undergraduate Sandwich Year Placement Programme and requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent French language skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct audits using client data to identify errors and recover revenue.
- Review contracts, agreements and electronic documents.
- Inspect and evaluate client financial information.
- Document audit operations.
- Combine evidence into claim packages using MS Office applications.
- Update claims management system.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Produce number and volume of claims goals as defined by team leader and/or management.
- Package claims for vendors and/or clients.
- Provide vendors with claim back‑up information.
- Contact stakeholders to resolve claims.
- Bills claims to client.
- Update claims management system.
- Produce written correspondence to vendor inquiries independently.
- Analyze and assess problems regarding client’s claims procedures and business operations based on audit concepts.
- Adhere to overall timing and deadlines of an audit cycle.
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience (any work setting, part‑time or full‑time).
- On course for achieving a 2:1 or above in the respective degree.
- Looking for a placement year between the second and third year of studies.
- Domain/Industry Knowledge & Focus – reviewed multiple project types or vendor complexity levels with limited support.
- Data Analysis – proficiency in all tools used.
- Problem identification & Resolution – creatively develop new ideas and solutions through audit knowledge and identify solutions to complex problems.
- Claim Production & Quality – regularly achieve production levels, improve audit processes, and serve as knowledge resource.
- Client & Supplier Management – organize information, handle correspondence, and communicate professionally.
- Client Focus – deliver on commitments, understand client needs, maintain positive relationships.
- Communicates with Impact – clear, concise, adaptable communication.
- Self‑Managing – remain calm, maintain focus under pressure, adapt to changes.
- Organizes & Prioritizes – plan systematically, manage tasks effectively.
- Takes Initiative – responsible for performance, anticipate problems, take responsibility for mistakes, seek additional work.
