- Define the training strategy for an SAP deployment focusing on Production Planning and Materials Management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand training requirements.
- Support the creation and delivery of SAP training materials and sessions.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance to business users during Business Acceptance Testing.
- Business Development – lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & Development – training to support career development and skill demand, certifications, etc.
- Industry know‑how: experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- SAP familiarity: understanding of SAP Production Planning and Materials Management processes.
- Change management skills: able to guide teams through new ways of working, deliver training, communicate clearly.
- Current experience in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting background; proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization, securing support and commitment from peers for consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – utilizing the organization’s pre‑existing relationships, company relationships, and own network.
