ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE within a RECRUITMENT AGENCY

MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

• Basic 30k with one of the most lucrative commission structures around.

• First 10%/5k. 20%/5-10k. Over 30%/10k. No threshold.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience of sourcing candidates and dealing with clients.

• Be able to fill multiple vacancies across multiple disciplines e.g. sales, marketing, finance, HR etc.

• This is more than just a delivery role. You must have the communication skills and confidence to manage large accounts.

• Maintain and manage client relationships

• Be able to objection handle at a high level – dealing with stakeholders and senior management.

Really rare opportunity. The directors of the business go out an win account on a manage service provider basis then they are handed over to you to manage. There will be multiple vacancies across different disciplines to full within each account so you must be organised and be able to prioritise. Dealing with clients and managing relationships is essential for this role as is the deelivery side.

Attractive base salary and a market-leading commission structure (up to 30% of billings).
