This Vehicle Damage Assessor role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a stable environment with clear career progression. The position is workshop-based, requiring hands-on practical estimating experience with no remote working involved.

Duties:
 
* Conduct comprehensive inspections of damaged vehicles within the workshop
 
* Accurately assess vehicle damage, estimate repair methods, costs, and timescales
 
* Produce detailed estimates using Audatex (training provided if necessary)
 
* Identify and maximise upsell opportunities in line with repair requirements
 
* Liaise effectively with technicians to ensure repair methods are clear and feasible
Requirements:
 
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
 
* Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach to estimating damage and repair costs
 
* Audatex experience is preferred but not essential
 
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
 
* Full UK driving licence is essential
