Our mechanics are the backbone of the Service operation, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. • Service, repair and improve:
  Working with Tesla‑specific software and advanced tools, you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level.
• Ensure top quality:
  Inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre‑delivery, meeting the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate:
  Work across local and regional teams, share support and best practices to improve the service experience.
• Develop:
  Receive in‑house training on Tesla specific technology and the repair of electric vehicles.

• Technically experienced:
  Professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified:
  Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs (not required, but a plus) and self‑management of technical skill development.
• A good communicator:
  Speak and write English clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive:
  Full UK driver’s licence.
• Flexible:
  Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and travel for mobile repairs when needed.
