Job Summary
Working alongside medical/nursing and administrative colleagues to provide a range of admin/clerical and reception support to theatre staff and clinical staff in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
Main duties of the jobTo be first point of contact for the department, receive patients and visitors to the Treatment Centre, ensuring their customer service needs are provided for. Manage Patient Waiting lists and ensure patients are assigned/booked to the correct specialty. To provide a range of administrative and clerical duties to the theatre staff, including filing, data entry and excel spreadsheets.
