At City Football Group we are looking for a People Services Assistant to join us in our Manchester office on a 12 month Fixed Term contract.
The roleAs a People Services Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping a positive and seamless employee experience across City Football Group. As a trusted first point of contact, you will help ensure People processes are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with governance and compliance standards.
In this varied and hands-on role, you will manage the shared inbox, responding to employee queries with accuracy and care, while supporting new starter activity including pre-employment checks and onboarding.
You will apply your administrative skills to core processes such as raising and monitoring purchase orders, maintaining key trackers, issuing formal correspondence, and ensuring confidential and accurate record keeping at all times.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused administrator who is looking to build a career in HR.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Technical proficiency, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within HR or a People function, bringing a proactive mindset and commitment to learning.
