Our teams work with leading technologies including Gallagher, Milestone, Axis, Hanwha, and PAC, helping to protect sites with craftsmanship, integrity, and long‑term commitment.

We’re now looking for a Project Administrator to join our Project Delivery team and help keep our projects running smoothly from planning through to handover.

About the Role

As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating the administrative and logistical elements of our security system projects. Working closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients, you’ll ensure information flows seamlessly and that records, schedules, and resources stay aligned.

This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, proactive, and curious about how technical projects come together.

  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting
  • Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and coordinating field engineers

  • Prepare O&M manuals and client documentation
  • Capture actions and track progress in internal project meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and better ways of working

  • Experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role (construction/engineering/security preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and support multiple projects
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential)
  • Willing to undergo security clearance
How You’ll Reflect Our Values

We’re looking for someone who respects established processes, takes pride in accuracy, asks great questions, and supports teams with care and professionalism.

Benefits
  • Bonus scheme linked to company operating profit
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown)
  • Option to purchase an additional 5 days leave
