Location: Sale

Senior Administrator Sale £14.50ph - £15.65 (Up to £28,500) doe

35 hours per week

On-site parking

** 33 days annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays) *
* Responsibilities:

* Full ownership of the front of house reception

* Formatting, proof reading and grammatical checks of reports (can vary from 2pages to 25pages)

* Handling telephone enquiries and booking customer appointments

* Attending meetings and taking minutes

* Raising sales invoices and credit control

* Undertaking all other administrative and customer care tasks that are required on a daily basis

* Petty cash

Essentials:

* Must have worked in a varied and busy senior administrative position previously

* Proven proofreading and formatting document knowledge on MS Word is a must

* Comfortable working in an administrative role that is varied and fast-paced

* Good literacy & IT skills

* Professional and welcoming telephone manner
