About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join the Research and Business Engagement Services (RBES) team in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Manchester. The team works closely and collaboratively with academic and professional services functions and colleagues across the Faculty. We support the goals of the Faculty and wider University across all areas of research and business engagement.
You will provide proactive, confidential, high level Executive Assistance to the Vice‑Dean for Research and the Head of RBES, as well as administrative support to the RBES team as required. The person appointed will have previous experience in providing comprehensive Executive Assistance for Senior Leadership in a large and complex organisation and will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the Faculty’s Research and Business Engagement function.
