Overview

An exciting new opportunity for a Back Office Team Leader to join a glossy international firm, which is based at their beautiful Manchester offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact! This role is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a General Office Assistant to deliver high-quality workplace services.
  • Oversee and prioritise incoming requests through task management systems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assess and optimise resource allocation to align with evolving business needs.
  • Champion best practices and support effective change management across the workplace.
  • Coordinate facilities operations and maintenance requests to ensure a smooth, safe working environment.
  • Partner with the Front of House team to provide seamless reception cover and ongoing support.
  • Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced, professional workplace.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to connect clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly organised, with a strong ability to juggle priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Naturally proactive, positive, and comfortable taking initiative to get things done.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Detail-driven with a structured, methodical approach to work.
