Hours:

35 per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days home after probation
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

We're looking for a proactive, detail‑driven SIPP Administrator who loves problem‑solving, supporting clients, and getting things right first time. 💼 What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients and advisers. Your day might include:

Managing day‑to‑day SIPP administration
Processing transfers (cash, in specie, QROPS)
Carrying out drawdown, bereavement, and divorce calculations
Handling investment withdrawals and pension sharing orders
Communicating clearly and confidently with advisers and members
Ensuring work flows smoothly from request to completion
Helping with internal projects and wider SIPP/SSAS tasks
Supporting and mentoring colleagues as part of a positive team culture

Strong SIPP and pension administration knowledge
Confidence performing technical pension calculations
Understanding of investment transactions, including non‑standard assets
Great organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solid customer service mindset
Competent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
