, we are looking to recruit an Onsite Administrative Support to be based full-time in our Manchester office.

ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced Administration Assistant, you will support the business by delivering a high-quality on-site administrative service, including:
- Photocopying, printing and scanning documents in line with business processes
- Preparing and processing post as required
- Locating documents from physical files for copying, scanning or other actions
- Closing physical files and preparing files for archiving with Iron Mountain
- Maintaining physical files in line with business processes and regulatory requirements
- Uploading and downloading documents from CDs or memory sticks to relevant systems
- Ensuring service levels and deadlines are consistently met
Essential
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organisational and administrative skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Ability to manage tasks to deadlines and agreed service levels
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A collaborative mindset with proven team-working skills
Experience working in a legal or professional services environment
Knowledge of document management and/or case management systems
