Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break each day.
£28-30,000 DOE.
A leading, award‑winning firm with an excellent reputation, is seeking a PA who reflects its high standards and can support multiple partners with confidence and discretion.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and trusted, capable of managing complex diaries and deadlines, overseeing document production and data accuracy, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. They will remain calm under pressure, push back appropriately when required, and work effectively with a wide range of partner personalities while maintaining absolute professionalism, confidentiality and exceptional client service.
Essentials
* Previous experience working in a legal or similar professional services environment (e.g. accountancy).
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise, manage multiple partners and stay on top of competing deadlines.
* A proactive, energetic mindset with the confidence and personality to work effectively with a range of partner styles.
* Excellent written communication skills, producing clear, professional emails, letters and internal notes.
* Strong client‑facing professionalism – polished, courteous and able to represent the firm to a high standard.
* High level of technical confidence, including case management systems and advanced document formatting (track changes, multilevel numbering, tables, etc.), with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Desirables
* Strong minute‑taking skills.
* Experience with audio or digital dictation systems.
* Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel
