Overview
The Assistant Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Department of Reproductive Medicine, ensuring the efficient management of referrals, appointments, patient records, and waiting lists to support safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities- Manage referrals, appointments, and outpatient/diagnostic waiting lists in line with Trust protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, tracking, filing, and preparation for clinics.
- Enter and update patient data on Trust systems (e.g. HIVE, MediTEX, Fertility Consent).
- Provide reception and telephone services, handling patient and staff enquiries professionally.
- Generate standard correspondence and support general clerical and administrative tasks.
