We’re looking for a Programme Document Controller to take the lead on all things document management across a large, busy programme. You will set up and maintain our document control systems, support teams with best practice, and ensure everything is stored, named and shared correctly. Responsibilities include checking version control, preparing audit‑ready records, creating templates and procedures, running compliance reports, and training colleagues.
Yourkey responsibilities
- Develop and maintain programme‑wide DCS (Project Wise, Office, etc.)
- Establish naming conventions, version control and access control
- Generate and monitor compliance reports to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19650
- Co‑create templates, guides and train staff on document management processes
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot and iterate documentation workflows
- Solid experience in document control on complex projects or programmes
- Confidence using document management systems (Project Wise) and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19650 (bonus: ISO 27001)
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to support others
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a dynamic environment
